If you own a custom home and are interested in making a design modification, complete a Design Modification application. The Blackstone Community Association Design Review Committee for custom homes meets twice per month to review custom-home submittals. This committee meets at 9:30 a.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday. Submittals in the design review process are due 14 days before the DRC meeting. Any exterior changes to existing homes are due eight business days before the committee meeting date.
